GeniusDash is a ‘beta’ service being offered to select Cloud Concierge customers which will help you achieve better visibility of your business numbers and results. For customers who are invited to this program, itGenius Australia will develop a custom business dashboard within Google Data Studio using the Customer's business data.
GeniusDash Terms for Google Data Studio:
– Our team will make unlimited changes and updates to your dashboards and reports, within reasonable asks. We like to keep an ‘all you can eat’ mentality around here and we’ll let you know if you’re going beyond our scope of ‘reasonable’. With that said, while we’re in ‘launch’ phase you’re limited to a maximum of 5x dashboards and 5x data sources for the first 90 days so we can focus on getting you using your first dashboards ASAP.
– Data integrity and verification of any data displayed in dashboards that we create is your own responsibility. Dashboards are a visual representation of data and should not be relied upon for key business decisions without first verifying the actual hard numbers in your business software. itGenius limits any liability in this area to $0 as there is no additional fee for this perk on top of your membership fee.
– You own your business data. While itGenius staff will at times be exposed to your data and handle your data in the course of us preparing and producing reporting dashboards – your data remains protected by our standard confidentiality agreement and we make no claim of ownership of your intellectual property.
– itGenius won’t expose, share or sell your data to any 3rd parties outside of itGenius
– itGenius retains ownership of the intellectual property rights to the design, display and format of any dashboards or reports created by our team within Google Data Studio. This includes any formulae used in companion Google Sheets or Google Scripts to manipulate your data for display.
– ‘GeniusDash’ is a value-add exclusive to Cloud Concierge Business subscribers, and an active Cloud Concierge Business subscription must be maintained for continued access to any dashboards or reports created by itGenius in Google Data Studio. A minimum subscription term commitment of 6mths is required for us to commence work in Google Data Studio (even if you decide to cancel mid-build).
– We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel this service for any customer, without cause, should we decide to no longer offer this as a perk to members.
