Cancellations

a. The minimum Committed Term that the Customer acquires each subscription to Cloud Services and/or Support Services is specified on a per-product basis annexed to this agreement (or may be specified separately in writing to the Customer by itGenius Australia).
b. After the expiry of the minimum Committed Term, an automatic extension of an equal Committed Term will automatically commence unless the Customer requests cancellation of the subscription in writing at least 14 days in advance of the subscription term anniversary renewal date.
c. The customer is liable to pay 100% of any unpaid invoices for the current term of Cloud Services and/or Support Services and any other outstanding invoices owed before the Customer shall be released from the new Committed Term renewal.
