Order New Products

  1. To process an order for a new service, click Order New Services under Shortcuts on the home page. Another way to access this is through the Services drop-down menu.
  2. The products are arranged according to 5 categories. Select the corresponding category.

3. Once you’ve selected the product to purchase, you will be routed to the Review and Checkout page. Click Checkout to proceed to payment.

4. Choose your preferred method of payment. 

If it’s Direct Debit, you will be asked to input your bank details after clicking on the Complete Order. 

If it’s Credit Card, you will be asked to input your card details before you can proceed with Complete Order.

5. Don’t forget to read and agree to the Terms of Service by ticking the box.

 

Note:

  • Your payment details are automatically saved. To remove this, go to Billing from the home page’s menu tab then select Payment Methods.
  • For Direct Debit payments, since it takes days to process, it’s best to leave your payment details and remove it as you wish once the payment for the order has already gone through.
